The person behind BiMasters
I don’t teach from slides. Everything on BiMasters comes from 18+ years of building, breaking, and fixing real analytics systems across industries — finance, energy, retail, and international development.
My career started at the ground level — technical support, networking, web solutions — before moving into data warehousing and analytics when the field was still figuring itself out. Over time I worked up through BI developer, lead, consultant, and into the architecture and strategy roles I hold today.
At Exponentia.ai I lead the Microsoft Fabric Centre of Excellence, responsible for end-to-end Fabric implementations across multiple geographies. I work with organisations at the enterprise scale — designing scalable architectures, leading migrations, and enabling data teams to operate at a level they couldn’t before.
I founded BiMasters because I kept seeing the same gap: professionals who were technically capable but lacked a clear path forward — either into the industry, or to the next level within it. This site and the consulting work I do through it is my answer to that gap.
